Nice work; about the surry loader; there is a drawing, in small scale ,yes, to fit the magazine which is of Narrow Gauge & Short Line Gazette, there was also an article on building one on 'myLargeScale.com'.
That one could be dropped down onto a standard logging flatcar; when in use they are jacked up - by corner jacks, and the empty flatcars run underneath it, being pushed through to the front for loading.
As the site says, they were used up to the Mississippi river, more so in the south, of America. The shack on the end of the drop centre flat is the saw filers shed.
He has done a huge amount of work, and I like the (perceived ) size of his 'backyard' or in English 'garden'!
