MD-Electronics Staus

Hi,

Not sure if this is the correct forum - IF NOT PLEASE CAN YOU DIRECT ME?

Is anyone aware of any probles at MD-Electronics?

I have made multiple orders over the last year and response has been excellent.

I've been trying to get a response for a couple of weeks, without any luck.

Has anybody any recent experiences?

Hi Greg,

I've had a similar experience in the past. Marius is usually extremely responsive and helpful.

I have an order open with him at the moment and last week he hadn't dispatched it yet (usually, his turn around is really quick). I emailed Marius the other day - turns out he's waiting on a couple of items to come into stock so I added some items on (new order). I did notice, there were about 300 orders made between Jan 1st and 29th - perhaps he's very busy?

I ordered some small MD decoders from him via ebay a week last Thursday, They arrived the following Monday. Excellent service.

A brief update. My two (largish) orders were shipped on Friday.

apologies for hijacking an old Thread.

any one had any issues with delivery recently from MD Electronics?

I ordered an MZSpro nearly a month ago and haven’t received any note that its been posted.

have tried to contact Marius but not yet had a response.

I ordered 4 new decoders about a 5-6weeks or so ago. They took a little longer to arrive than usual but arrived after 4-5weeks. I've also got another order I made 2 weeks ago which hasn't updated but I'm not in a particular rush.

The fact he hasn't responded to email makes me think, as Dunny said, he's on vacation. Marius is normally extremely active in responding to emails in my experience.

Thanks Chaps, Curtis you are indeed correct, he came back to me this afternoon, Vacation and also shortage of parts for the Control Centre.
