Do you have a picture of them all together? Those are actually the exact cars I was looking at before I posted this!Do you want what would be prototypical for the loco, or something that looks good?
I have the LGB/Aster live steam Frank S version and often run it with a longish string of LGB "train-set" coaches (red/white, blue/white) with the clerestory removed from the roof. Not prototypical but it does look good, and is a way putting cars which would otherwise not see much use.
Those look super nice!
Thank you, that's a really cool websiteSo N+FS is a pretty complex loco being built to 750mm gauge many of LGB offerings will be fine but not all. You need to keep away from HSB stock as this is from a Metre Gauge line, but as shown below having been in Austria for many years OBB Narrow Gauge Stock is fine as is Sachen stock DR though not truly prototypical if you read tge attached history.
I appreciate it! I'm just looking for some ideas of what would look nice; mostly because there are so many options!Welcome to the forum Zach. It doesn't really matter what you run with your loco, it's your railway and your hobby, so you can run whatever you want!
"Nice" is what you think looks nice not what other people say is nice.I appreciate it! I'm just looking for some ideas of what would look nice; mostly because there are so many options!
Nice is an interesting word to use, not to be confused with correct. Though as has been said, your railway rule 1 applies. You could even think of adding BR Bachmann Mark 1 coaches behind, but that would look very silly IMHO, but if you liked it……..I appreciate it! Absolutely, I agree 110%! But as I said, I'm just getting back into railroading and there is just SO much out there; so I'm open to recommendations!"Nice" is what you think looks nice not what other people say is nice.
Luckily, these are toy trains running around my backyard garden, so there's nothing for me to worry about accuracy!Nice is an interesting word to use, not to be confused with correct. Ok look at LGB 33200/03 34230, 38079, 46233 but OBB variant, 43620 or variants of them as a starter.Absolutely, I agree 110%! But as I said, I'm just getting back into railroading and there is just SO much out there; so I'm open to recommendations!
