Looking for model of E69 electric loco

Is there a G scale (45 mm gauge) model of the DR / DB electric loco type E69?
It looks like this:

Similar to but not quite the same as LGB 2030 which is a model of the E1. They are both Bo configuration but the E69 is more angular, larger windows, longer and standard gauge not narrow gauge.

Does such a model exist or am I in scratch-building territory?

Never seen a model version.... though a scratchbuild looks reasonable straightforward with the mainly flat bodywork panels. Obviously needs a longer wheelbase power unit that the standard LGB "short" type, what about the drive unit used under the RhB Tm2/2 tractors?
