Little John.

Trainman

All narrow gauge and industrial railways,
Just recently I have purchased a model of the Roundhouse Little John. Eventually it turned up and what a magic model. I thought it would be quite large but next to the Accucraft Baugley- Drewery loco it is tiny. Well suited to a factory or mineral branch. I am at a bit of a loss as to why they come painted in such shiny paint but really that then just gives me a chance at weathering. It runs very well and with my rake of Swift Sixteen 6 hopper wagons and my own 6 hoppers it really looks the piece. I have just recently taken it to Wellington and given it a good run on my mates hilly layout and she is superb. Such a tiny loco but the tractive power is very good for the size of the loco. All in all a very impressive little loco- I am very happy with the purchase! :)
