The Double Fairlie is a Roundhouse loco, not LGB..

The Double Fairlie is a Roundhouse loco, not LGB..

It is listed as a new 2022 LGB item and is definitely not the Roundhouse model it is the Saxon Fairlie with the cylinders mounted in the middle like a Mayer please see the photo on the GRSUK website

LGB will be adding a Saxon Fairlie style steam loco to their 2022 rollout.

Its interesting they're doing it in its stripped down form without a roof not the original and preserved form, which is a good job in some ways as for the last 18 months I have been designing and building a 3d printed version which I'm in process of finishing off and adding the electronics
