Has anyone experience of this model? I believe it to have been made in China and wonder if there are quality issues.

Belated thanks for your comments. Yes it is a pain and the instructions do not help. I achieved it today with the aid of 2 broad flat-bladed screwdrivers and steady leverage along the body from door to the first set of lugs holding the roof to the body. No damage done, which is a bonus for me.
