lgb 55015 universal...can it program high cvs

Can the LGB 55015 universal remote program CVs as high as 200? This is the sound volume CV on an XLS decoder. I am sure that I read somewhere that it can only go up to CV 99...but not sure.
If it can...how is it done?

But can a navigator, used with a MTS III read CVs higher than 99

It should do - I does with a 1200Z, never tried with a MTS3 - will give it a go sometime
