LGB 2044 wheels rub on cylinders

I acquired the same loco last year and there is also wear on the air cylinders from the wheels on mine. I installed MDE auto couplers and find that both 2 wheel axles (front and back) dont track well on R1 and often derail. I even tried to add weight to them, but still havent solved the problem.
