LGB 20232 tender

I need the sound board in the tender and the cable that goes from the sound card to the connection for the engine.

Make sure the engine has all 5 wires going to the rear 5 pin connector. Some early 20230 engines did not have the wire for sound power.

I have done some work on the sound board and was looking for the cable that goes from the board to connect the cable
to the engine. The engine cable is easy to fine. The last link is to a site in Germany for a used board that I am having a hard time putting in my shopping cart .

The item on grootspoor is not available. If you sign in and put it on your wish-list they will contact you should it become available again. The website is in English, Dutch and German. The owner (Michael van Hoof) speaks very good English (and presumably Dutch and German!).

I used the LGB 63193 bogie electrical pickup set on mine and installed a Massoth emotion S decoder with Mogul sound file. I had to modify the holders a bit to accomodate the smaller wheels on the tender and glue the holders in place on the bogies, but i20200215_121433.jpgt worked out really well and the sound is awesome.
