LED Current Limiting Device

I bought some of these a few years ago but never used them. Can anyone point me to a data sheet to show how to use them?

Not sure what that is exactly but a LED needs the voltage limiting, not the current. For 12-18V add a 480 ohm ( or there abouts) resistor. Not exact, but it will work.
