The release of Accucraft's IMR half brakish carriage that uses the bodies of a four-wheeled coach and a brake van mounted on a bogie chassis set me thinking about a proposed IMR vehicle, which would have combined a four-wheeler body and a flat wagon on a bogie chassis; the idea was that the flat could be used for PW work in the winter, and replaced with a coach body in the summer, when passenger numbers were substantially higher. Rather than buy a four-wheel coach just for the body, I decided to bend the rules a little, and run off a laser cut E van body kit which I drew up several years ago. I've modelled it as it might have appeared by the late 50's/early 60's, in a suitably dilapidated state...
