Cheee-Zus! I'm not surprised he came off the rails at the end there....

Mind you, as a couple of recently-referenced youtube clips have proved, in Real Life even the old whizzy-cranks 2095 can belt along at a fair chat when opened up - WAY faster than I'd guess most of us run our models ones (in scale terms) - there is one clip where the cranks are almost a blur....

I like it,

It is a testament to your track laying that it took 36V. before deraliment. I get derailments from about 3V.
