Heavy Load Center Depressed Car

Hi

As mentioned in " What have you been printing. " I have been working on a car, inspired by LGB 4058.
I have used Piko arch bar trucks.
Pivot assemblies are done with 6M nuts & bolts


This is the proto type, & some changes are to be made.
Sectioning of the bed, will be changed so that the "S" will end at a 90 deg angle. Also the mechanical connection will be changed to 3 x 3M screws.

Steen, the part I'm interested, in is the structure that the boards, buffer, hand-wheel, etc, are mounted on.

Depressing is when I up-load files and see that they are up-loaded and then the day after they are gone...... That is depressing.

Part 4 / 5 are the parts that the footstep are made from.

I have updated the the bay, to remove some of the sharp edges. Also the tow center parts cam be mounted with a weight 60x100x10mm (L x W x H) with possibility to screw it on with M3 screws. holes are distanced 35x44mm (L x W).

Also the frame have had some holes to mount 2 weight bars 80 x 20* x 5 with a pair of holes 43,35 mm a part.
* can be up to 35mm.

Do you have a picture of a prototypical thing?
One thing keeps on annoying me: the support sections in your steel frame.
Somehow this is off for my gut feeling
But what a job you did!

Your project is very interesting, but I can't undestand where are the stl files.
I have a LCD 3D printer and I print with resin, details are exeptional.
