Hartland is a bit less customer friendly than Aristo. Basically, you're on your own. Trial and error will be your teacher. Hopefully, not too much error. ???

I found HLW very quick to respond when I reported broken handrails and a coupling on my new Line Car. Within days I received several of each.

Not sure if any such exploded diagrams exist for HLW stuff? The website only has pdfs for the basic guarantee and oiling instructions that you already have.

There are some additional docs for DCC wiring notes etc.

I was told that Hartland only make trains as a side-line when they have spare production time and their support, design and development is minimal as they are a commercial injection moulding company, rather as Matchbox toys started as a side-line of Lesney. Many of their products are made using 30+ year old Delton and Kalmazoo tooling, so how long they will keep going is anyone's guess, they have already stopped the 0-4-0 locos which I rather liked. They do use good materials though, better than the Chinese made models. I found in the past that hey rarely replied to emails.
