Hartland Mack Or Motor Block

Hi everyone,

Looking for a UK source of Hartland products. Specifically I am looking for a Mack or the motor block to use in a bash I have planned. I realise that I may end up having to import one, would anybody be able to recommend a good overseas dealer? Also what sort of charges would I be looking at doing it this way?

Alternatively if anyone has any second hand that they would consider parting ways with I would also be interested.

Many thanks,
Ricky

Imports costs should be no more than the VAT on the invoiced value and postage combined, plus any handling fee the carrier imposes - I seem to remember Parcel Farce is 8 quid. There should be no duty on model trains.

I&G Steam used to appear at the Merstham Steam Show - I had a few HLW kits off them a few years back - but didn't see them the last couple of times I went to the show.

Thanks for the help chaps, looks like I have some investigating to do. Interesting note regarding the import duties the cheapest I have found so far comes at around £35 for the locomotive, will just have to see what sort of costs I will actually be looking at for shipping it over here.

We have them here at g-bits towers.

So fresh off the boat (plane actually), that they weren't up on the web when you started this thread - I don't like to advertise things unless they are actually on the premises.

You can have them stock, or with various modifications including isolated motors with flying lead connectors - full details are on the page.

Hi Jonathan,

That's great, your website was one of the first places I checked originally. Pretty sure there will be an order headed your way shortly :) .
