Excellent pic Charles. Now thats what I call a family!

Cracking photo Charles

The photo was taken at the Colorado Railroad Museum in May 2009 for the 1st Goose Fest. Geese # 2, 6, and 7 live at the Museum. Geese # 1 and 5 were visting for us for the weekend. As a member of the Colorado Railroad Museum and Denver Garden Railway Society we had front row sets for the event !! As the Goose # 5 comes out from behind the coach, you see a fenced in area on the right of the screen. The Denver Garden Railway Society layout is located there. We get to see all of the action from the best fantage point there is.
Here is a link to see the fun.

I have ridden in # 2 and # 7 up front , not managed a ride in # 6 yet , hope to do so eventually.

Hi Charles
Yes I thought that I recognise the venue! I hope to get there in the near future.
Nice to see the geese in action too
many thanks

Hi keith
is the accucraft goose 5 articulated?

The goose looks at home on your RR. Good stuff. Layout looking good. Im sure glad I live above the mason dixin line (yankee land) Other wise I would be talking like your Texans. Although I dont know whats worst talking with a southern drawl or the joisy drawl.:rolf::rolf::rolf:

Hi Shawn
Thanks for the encouraging comments
Yes I am sorry about the thin humour especially the Texan bit.
Mind you the story could apply to any major sized American State when compared to our networks over here!

LOL no need to be sorry Mike. I thought it was great the bubble quotes. I always enjoyed the different dialects especially the southern US. Keep them coming.
