There are five of us in the south of Sydney who get together regularly at each others? places to run our trains. We?re not a ?club? just a group of like minded train nuts. We are all battery powered (the trains that is!)
So I thought I?d start a thread here to show pictures and videos of our run days. (This will be in addition to the days when we run here at my Sandstone and Termite.)
We also have a website where you can glean a little of each of our layouts:
Website: http://www.trainweb.org/grass/index.htm
Wed 18/7/12 was a beaut sunny winter?s day here, so we gathered at Keith?s to run on his Bottle Creek Tramway. Pat provided us with a gourmet lunch before we ?waddled? out to run trains.
You can a see a plan of his line on the website above.
Keith has a couple of Hebel viaducts that are always a good photo stop. Here?s Bryan?s American diesel.
Bryan also had this little train, with two AAA cells. Keith?s model of a NSW 79 class is in the background.
Geof had his very dirty Queensland D16 tank loco running. It?s built on a Bachmann Big Hauler.
Keith?s NSW 40 class diesel and my red Garratt are at Vale station.
And there?s a video too?..
