Woohoo, at last! My garden is north-facing and badly shaded and so it is a rather damp and unwelcoming place in the winter months. But today, finally, I got power back into the main lines and had a quick play whilst the sun rediscovered my plot. A double first - not only 2015's first run but the first circuit by my most recent eBay purchase, Piko BR80 No 2, 'Sta. Rosanna'.

The vid proving it works is only a minute long and is pretty awful I know, but I am a happy bunny nonetheless: http://youtu.be/esSf8JyoO1A

Now on to fixing the points, signals, lighting and the unsolved mystery of the short circuit in the branch line...

Great video and layout, and looking forward to more, too.

On a personal note, may I suggest fewer close-ups and slower trains so we can appreciate the detail of the trains.

Fantasic, makes me want to leave work , go home and run a train or six :D

Great. I like the curved platforms and the wall/railings behind them. nice touch.

Great video, like stockers I love the curve platforms........... :D :D :D

Lovely film, the Piko and it's train look great :D

Nice video. Like the fencing on the station platforms. And sun as well! What more can you ask for, 8)

Very nice especially under the bridge into the station
More would be great :)

Thanks, all. That was really just a few minutes of silliness to celebrate something actually working! I'll do a proper production in a few months, when the scenic detailing has been put outside and I can plan it properly to show off the line more intelligently. :D
