I’ve been a member on here for ages but never posted before. Just read all your sage words (and few more zany ones!). I just had to re-subscribe so thought this was a good time to be polite and finally say Hello.
Anyway I gleaned enough from this site to lay a Railway in my garden and to operate it with battery power - Playmobil as built and three Stainz’s converted. I’m happy with it and just starting to sort out buildings etc. I have had Model railways for over 50 years but the garden is a whole new world. I’m only there because SWMBO things I’ll deal with the plants as well .
