I have just received information that ELR Eng (suppliers of my Garratt) are to cease trading. They would appear to be not completing their order book, only finishing such locos that are currently in the workshop. They say it is not due to any outside pressures, financial or otherwise, they've just had enough.



I wish them the best of luck in future endeavours.

Such a shame. Lives only a few miles from me. His kit always looked beautifully engineered.
