I'm very interested in the Ivan bearings mounted through what I assume are Plasticard chassis sides. Having experience of one of the IP delux chassis in the past, where with very little real use, the spastic plastic chassis sides crazed and split around the bearing mounting holes and which ended up with an ally chassis rebuild using the same wheel/axle/bearings, which has run perfectly since.

I like cheap! I have spent several hours today ripping apart a perfectly good model of a timber built lakes steamer to "liberate" a Fleet 40mh receiver and speed controller (that's a real blast from the past) which were perfectly useable and with the superb 7 channel transmitter long retired, but also perfectly useable, is real overkill for an 0-4-0 ally chassis. Now to find a body design that I fancy. Probably have to be a decent size to house the battery and power regulation bits.
