Hello everyone! I'm new, I'm Jasper, and I'm from The Netherlands.

Anyone else around here from The Netherlands?

Edit: now you can see photos of my stock, somewhere down the thread.

Welcome Jasper!

We do indeed have a couple of Dutch G Scalers on the forum. Henri posts quite often here....

Jasper; We here in Ottawa Canada have our own resident "Dutch Guy", who usually calls himself just plain "The Dutchman"'
His full name is Henk Van Zijl. He is a jolly likeable chap, who always has a great smile for everyone. He is one of our stalwart supporters on the IPP&W RR. We have even been able to "Train" him to follow North American railroad operating rules, although he insists on translating them to Dutch, before accepting their importance in safe operations.!!!
Anyone interested, might see him in one of the many pictures posted on our web pages at: www.ovgrs.org look for a tall guy with a great smile...!!

Hello Henri!
I'm near Arnhem, so we're about sixty miles apart.

That's about 100 km ;-)

I see an incredible tram picture in your profile!!! Whohooo!!!
That looks very promising. Are you into trams?

My very small layout is a cross between feldbahn and tram railway. See topic Rabbit Hill Tramways elsewhere on this site.

I want to build the RTM M67 one day...

Yes, I'm a tram builder, although I have not much to show so far.

The profile photo shows the Rittnerbahn in South Tirol, Northern Italy. One day, I hope my garden will look like that...
