Hello,
a few months ago I started building a DP1(Deltic) in G scale.
I think in 4 til 8 weeks I´ll finish it.

Hello,
some details(window frames) I do paint first to set in the panes.
And by this step I paint the whole part.
If anyone wonders about my use of rivets.
I like to use them to give the loco a little bit of old school tin plate style.

Really impressive stuff - thanks for sharing. I too was intrigued that you paint as you go. I tend to leave painting until the end but I can see the logic in doing some of the fiddly painting while the loco is still half finished.
