Well after over a year in construction stop start I must admit and trying to get decoders (Now sorted!) Loco is completely scratchbuilt bar wheels and motor its has been a challenge I must admit getting it to run round radius 1 curves great fun but got there in the end . Paint job also very difficult Victorian Edwardian Great Western Livery but brighter (Looks better in the Garden ) DSCF6364.JPG DSCF6363.JPG DSCF6367.JPG DSCF6369.JPG DSCF6372.JPG

With the exception of the centre buffers (used I inow to match other things) that looks very much like a Dean Goods to my eye, nice build. You must be very proud.

Well, well, wow !!

Very nice and very effective. Well done that man!

It is refreshing to see, what is to all intents and purposes, is a British outline mainline loco, but with a single centre buffer. It is good that you have not been tempted to model it with two buffers and that you have stuck with the narrow gauge theme and done your own thing. A great piece of modelling.

Wondrous effort there, Sir. Congatulatements! It has the finest name imaginable, too. My grandfather, my cousin and his son are all called Samuel. My only regret is that I was not named Sam, too. I'm sure that you'll find a suitably Edwardian engineer and fireman from the usual figure maker.

Looking really good

Great looking loco. That's the beauty of scratchbuilding and kitbashing. You can get yourself something quite unique. Must be very satisfying to see it finished and in action.
