CS3 and mobile devices

How are mobile device added to the cs3 as a controller? I had both my Phone and tablet on it but since the update I can't use them. I should add that I don't know how I got them to work last time..... just trials.

Figured it out. The internet settings needed setting to auto in the CS3.
