Something for the Winter Sir? ;D

My brain hurts after reading that! ???

Ditto
He says it is easy but compared to what? Quantum Physics?
He says no soldering and then tells you to solder a capacitor.
I might cope with the solder but not the rest.

Goes for a lie down..................................

I just had an attack of indigestion reading how to do it ::)

Not played with Arduino nor PICs etc., but looks like the sort of thing I could easily get on with if I could think of a use for it on my line (eg. lights, signals, accessories etc.). In my college days back in the 80s I loved tinkering with electronics and programming Z80 processors etc.

Thanks for the link Ross.

Seems all fairly straight forward, not even a glimmer of a glazed looked ;)

15 functions could be very useful, await the request from the "inner circle of the Dark Art's of this parish" ;) keep me busy during the winter months.

Request received, parts ordered............

Next week, build your own nuclear reactor to power your layout. Simples! :o

News-flash
Ruritanian railways to start nuclear flask trains under cover of darkness..
Rumours they will 'glow in the dark' are denied..
