IF!!! it is what they suggest, then it MIGHT be worth somewhere around that figure, in that condition, with a copper boiler; but it obviously needs a complete 'start again' type refurb. It is the sort of thing I like to do, unfortunately 'big G' is top priority ATM, and the next two projects are lined up close behind. These things rarely come along at the right time, but I think I'll pass on this occasion. I will flag it up to the 'boys'.
