Would someone that owns a Dora Loco be able to take a Video/Pic or 2 of the Steam Regulator Closeup at its Forward Center and reverse positions,I believe i am not getting full open or reverse.

Will do, but unlike my other Accucraft locos, on my Dora, the direction is governed by a lever, and the speed is controlled by the regulator on the boiler

If you don't make sure the reverser is pushed over to it's furthest extent one way or the other, the engine will not be happy and will stutter. You'll know when it happens.
I still have the instructions if you require them, but I think if you've got this far you probably don't need them
