I have been constructing my railway over the past (strewth it?s 4 years) I had got a series of photographs on the old G mad site, which I will re post just a few to give an idea of where I started. Now all I have to work out is how to post pictures, can I use photobucket, or do I download direct as before???

yes mike a fair bit of planning, and a lot of ground work initially, but hopefully it will all come together this year.

This year I hope to compleate the outer loop, (all 44 meters of it) do somthing about the main Bridge and extend the canal lock as it it too short.

The outer loop extention from the main station ares

You forgot 'and send out the invitations' because we all want to come down and [strike]play[/strike] test
Want some Kois for that water? Mine won't stop reproducing, the little breeders :impatient:

Looks fantastic, keep up the hard work.

Peter I remember this thread from last year on Gmad, i'm glad you've posted some new pics keep them coming

Up to date images as of yesterday, I have run out of rail joiners, must contact a certain Dragon. But only a few feet to complete the circuit.

The main work is around the Bridge, is the bridge itself, the stream under it and the rack railway under it. Big ideas or what!

Looking great - it's huge (as SWMBO keeps saying :) ).

Any chance of a track diagram please.

First time I've seen your line - a truly serious (and impressive) piece of kit. Can't wait to see more!

I have been working on the inside storage sidings, it consists of a reverse loop and 4 sidings, chipboard flooring and plastic walling roof to follow as it now just a plastic sheet to keep the bird droppings at bay.

Someone asked for a track plan some time ago the overall size is about 18m long max 9 m wide, I think this is a bit ?light? but lets see how it turns out.

That's a seriously large plan! I like the shunting area round the docks - and two running loops as well; you've got it all in. Glad my few surplus bits of track were useful.

Where do the storage tracks in the barn fit - a continuation of the high level track on the left of the plan?

Looking forward to seeing this one develop. Do you have much wildlife to contend with?
