Unbelievable sets of photos, Engineers!

The postcards alone are absolutely breathtaking....what a beautiful world the steam era was!!! i will gladly forfeit cell phones and all the "great" hand gidgets for those days....

We must really be thankful that Lehmann spent millions to put out, shall we say, rather "obscure" works of art in a modern age of "make a quick buck".

I fell in love with the first model of the LGB Hunter Green Corpet-Louvet with "naked back" cab. It was a departure from the standard closed cab and the geometric elegance of that loco surely showed off Wolfgang, Eberhardt's and The Factory's unblemished prowess at model design and construction.

I still want to acquire the Green version, although I only had a chance once and the price was over $700.

There is luck that Marklin will run these fine creatures once more...

well, it depends what country you grew up in! he is right saying 0-2-0 if he is talking axles, not wheels...wheels are referred to mostly by Yankees.
