Looks to be somewhere near Roydon in Essex.
Spotted a croc, track cleaning loco and some kind of garret plus other locos and stock.
Looks to be a right job to dismantle for transport and unfortunately too much for me to spend.
Thought I'd share it in case someone has the available funds. (And a big van.)
If anyone here does buy it for selling on in pieces, I'd like first crack at that 3 road roundhouse and turntable....

Look's like an unfinished project. - The rack, and mountain, loos good.. Think I spy a portal to outside, in one corner?

(I must not enquire if they have the boxes!)

Still no inventory, but a much better listing than Barby!
 
They certainly packed the track in. Even an R1(?) spiral loop. Lots of buildings and signals. And a cable car. It would take quite a long time to make an inventory and several days to dismantle. Would be fun if I had the money to buy it, transport to carry it and space to put it...
 
Didn't sell and now relisted.

Might be worth contacting the seller about individual items....

Sorry. My error delisted indeed. Some very nice pieces. Always sad to see a layout, or its owner reach its end.

Perhaps they got a better offer after the listing did not make a reserve? I think that this can occur within the Ebay rules providing it is all above board and done via Ebay.
