Winter steam on the L&L

We like to run all year around here, (oh no you don't....oh yes we do....ect.....) given half a chance. Wind is our main problem one part of the line is exposed to our prevailing westerlies, and trains blow over.....

Today was actually very still, and I had the day off as the office is dead, so trains were run

The crews chose 'Voirrey Quirk' our three foot gauge (!) VoR replica, as it has a warm cab, temperatures here didn't get above 3c, although the snow has almost all melted.

There was quite a load on, 6 LGB coaches and 5 IoM 4 wheelers, Voirrey was having to work for a living!

Last train of the day ended up being pushed back by the VoR Mike, almost the same shot, but from a bit lower - I was pleased with these! My knees are killing now......
