What manufacturer are these wheels

As most of us do, i am in the process of changing my plastic wheel sets for metal ones, and in a bid to save money I look to evilbay and bought these, they are about 1 mm smaller on the wheel diameter and 1.5 smaller on the flange diameter than Bachmann metal wheels, but who is the manufacturer, just curious.

A fair few items of Accucraft rolling stock are designed for use on 32mm and 45mm gauges. The model is supplied with wheels of one gauge fitted with a set of the other gauge also in the box. This means quite a few people have "spare" sets of wheels of the "wrong" gauge for their layouts.
 
I can never understand why people sell off the "not required" gauge sets of wheels from Accucraft UK rolling stock. When the time comes to sell on the rolling stock, that they were to be applied to, you will have somewhat reduced the sales opportunities for them and as a result in all probability diminished the stocks' resale value to a greater level than that achieved by the proceeds from the wheelsets' sale.

You also miss out on the chance of running your stock on lines you are invited to that may operate the other popular LS gauge from yours - well I am a member of the 16 mm NGM and run 45 mm :D Max
 
They are Accucraft W&L 45mm gauge.
I keep all my 32mm gauge ones because I figure they would be easy to fit axle spacers to convert to 45mm gauge.
