Yes, David, those are the ones.Gordon
When you say Toy Train bogies, do you mean the single axel bogies as fitted to the 4-wheel vehicles?
David
When I get a minute, I'll see what I have and PM you.Yes, David, those are the ones.
Yes, the parts I'm after are from that range. When someone says LGB toytrain parts, I assume the LGB products that start with a 9. First LGB digit gives some elementary info.
Older numbers were 4 digits (pre1995) and newer are 5 digits.
1 is for track/switches
2 is for engines
3 is for passenger cars
4 is for freight cars
50 is DC electronics
55 is for DCC electronics
6 is for parts (wheels, bogies, lights, etc.)
7 is for train sets
8 is for other like Rigi
9 is for the green box TOYTRAIN line (engines, cars, track, sets)
Also note there is a gold sticker on the bottom of rolling stock and the format is yddmmy and the day is always 01.
Molds have a date imprinted but this is the original date the mold was made, not when the mold is used!!
