Does anyone have, or know where I can obtain a multiwire connection cable and connector block that links the loco to the tender on an LGB Nicky Frank S loco? (I am based in the UK) I have just acquired the loco and for some unexplainable reason, the previous owner has cut the wire off!!.... This means that I cannot now use the loco main switch to isolate the tender power supply or power the tender lights!!..... Seriously?.... Some people!!

Thanks in advance

Hi Phil,
My version is 22261 green 99 4642 lights smoke dcc ready if this helps? I should add that I only want to return the loco to as-built (analogue) condition, for isolating the tender motor and controlling tender lights etc. using the loco cab switch. I do not wish to fit it with any form of dcc.

Try allaboutlgb.com.
This is the us based massoth site.
There is a section for connector cables.

I’ve got the green version. It requires a four pin connector. While I am sorry that i can’t provide you with a source, in poking around computer cables in the past, online, you should be able to find flat four wire cable and connectors suitable for the LGB if massoth does not have exactly what you need. When I looked at the Site above, allaboutlgb.com, I only saw five pin connectors,

I cannot guarantee this, but I just went to Old Dominion railways site, and saw that they carry massoth four pin connectors. They list these four pin connectors as those used in the LGBF7 diesel .

to my eye it appears suitable, but I don’t want you to be upset if I’m wrong, see what you can track down with massoth four pin connectors in an online search .

good hunting best of luck

Can you post a picture of what you have?

I am pretty certain I know what you need, but if I can see one of the connections, it should confirm it.
