I made a UP 844 from various Aristo Pacific parts I obtained over a year or so time period. I also got some Boxpox wheel castings that I turned on my lathe. I used the old style Pacific drive, where the axles had little pins in them that a slot on the wheel fit over. Quite a bit of metal foil and old printer plate metal. Pretty well took all winter. Guess I have not been to this site in awhile. Some videos of my 844 are on youTube under my gunjeep444 name.

I'm working on my US Army train. I had a tank car, then got the Aristo Army car, another tank car. Had the flatcar and had a cheap metal tank sitting on that. Making a Cobra Helicopter model to replace the tank. Had them escort my convoys in Vietnam. Made the Sea Land trailer, since I also had those in my convoys. May get a jeep also. I found the K-line Army locomotive on ebay.

That Sharknose build interests me also, keeping tabs on that and may get a body shell when they are ready.
Won best of show with my 56 Buick Roadmaster, first car show I entered it in. So that was fun.
