Track Planning Software

Waste of money - just get a shovel and start digging >:)>:)>:)>:)>:)
Good advice, you can spend all of your life planning and when the Shovel Starts its magic things are never quite how they appear on the Paper or Screen.

I tend to rough out a concept on a piece of A4 than see how things go. Of course when Building the Ruschbahn that piece of A4 was somewhat more refined and had to be stuck to. So sometimes things work. However again with the Ruschbahn because of the Rush to get something running the Lazer Level was balanced on a piece of Wood in a Foot Deep Foundation to find the Exit from the Garage Height, guess what it was about 2 Bricks out and we always suffered with the ensuing Gradient.

So best advice I can give is to not start in two places at the same time and hope they meet up as planned!

Ah, levels are something different and much more critical - but no planning software is going to help you with that.

I mapped out the rough route around the garden in my head - jotted it down on a bit of paper for approval by the authorities, then did a level survey of key garden features (that would not likely move)...................

Then was able to get stuck in, not necessarily working from one end to the other; sometimes i started on another bit for a change :smoke::smoke::smoke::smoke:
