Great photos, I really do like Caladonia with the IOM stock.
I presume the track is temporarily laid and taken up for a quick mow of the grass. I use the same system, although it is because permamant track installation is currently banned by the management. However despite it taking an extra two hours for a running day, the track stays in much cleaner condition and there is no PW work.

Yes Syd,
can be time consuming but easy to maintain & the fun is you can try out different track plans without major engineering works. Thanks for comments re photos.
