This Peris catches a bit more sun than the rest and shows off with this splash of colour.

The amount of growth that this Peoni has put on in the last couple of weeks is amazing! The flower buds are bursting to open. Unfortunately the mearest shower of rain will wash all the petals off the flowers when they open, all over the track .......... but I don't mind, it's all part of the game .

In the little pond under the bridge, the Iris's are putting a spurt on.

Meanwhile, in the background, the birds are showing off too. The Golden Pheasant will moult in a couple of months and look like an oven ready chicken ........... but his plummage will grow back again, better than ever .

You'd have thought the Baby's Tears had died a couple of weeks ago, but it was just sleeping and it's going green again where it tumbles down the wall ...... mixing with the Astro-Turf .

At the back of the aviaries the Hosta's are waking up too.

Finally, the bed at the back of the garage. Another Peris, London Pride, hardy Fuschia's, Ferns, Solomon Seal, yet more Bluebells and some more.

Spring + the Garden + the railway ............. I love it .

The pics through the narrows are great.
Are there any angles you've not taken a pic from yet ?

Got the airbrush out again today. My first attempt with Tamiya acrylics - well impressed. One of they little pots doesn't go far though (even thinned down) when you've got a castle and town gate to do .

Cheers Bram. The thing that I'm finding is that the air brush uses a suprising amount of paint, but that the aerosol propellant lasts much longer than I expected.

Aaah, some you win, some you lose. Can you control the flow of paint or do airbrushes just use a lot anyhow
