Thanks John (and Elliott ). The cattle are Schleich models.

Remember the Railway Arms public house? I originally built it to go behind Wetton station, but with hindsight, I made it too big and it tended to over-power the area. Station Road Garage lives there now and blends in a bit better. Then the pub was sited next to Gooey station, but the site was re-developed to make the town area including the narrows and I didn't have room there for it.

So today I looked for a new site for the Railway Arms and I came up with a very pleasant spot behind the embankment, set on a nicely maniquerred lawn (which had been the base for yesterday's agricultural show) - waste not, want not .

Very pleasant on a lovely summers day watching the trains trundle past, but I wouldn't fancy stumbling out of here on a cold winters night with the old abandoned quarry towering over the place. They do tell of ghostly moans drifting over the valley .
