The Ochsenwaldbahn II, it all starts again.

I cut up some old 1/2 inch plywood to make the curved base and screwed two layers together. Not 100% solid but it will hold a train.DSCF3795 _Small_.JPG

Completed. A bit steep but very usable. The 6 wheel locos do 3 or 4 four wheelers, whilst the twin motor locos seem to manage well more than twice as much, 6 bogie coaches being quite easy for most. I will gradually fill in the area within the loop and a new fence is going along the back.DSCF3822 _Small_.JPG

The Harz V-10C diesel is a new addition to the roster. Sound and with a power buffer, it runs superbly.

One of these days I expect you will let us see how things are in the Shed Alan?

It is just a simple loop with plenty of storage sidings. Not much stays in the shed, just a few bits to run a couple of trains Anything of value lives in the house.

Oh not like me, most of my Coaches and Wagons well at least the ones in use for Timetable running are in the Sheds. Locomotives of course live in the House. I guess that there is a risk of those coaches and wagons. But I doubt even the most determined would get away with more than 5 or 6 items at any one time. Smaller scales would of course be a different matter.

No posts since April.
Amazing where the times does in Lockdown!
Anyway, an update, new toys.
