There are certainly some in Holland - the technology was exported to Europe, but how far, I don't know.

It may simply have been that Germany didn't have a need for pumping engines in the same way - obviously the Dutch used them for clearing the polders :nod: :nod:
Hm possibly so but I cannot imagine that Mines in Germany would have been so dry or could they. Interesting conundrum.

That was part of my thinking, I don't know how much deep mining Germany would have been involved in, in more recent times, they have done an awful lot of open cast mining.

Must be a simple build for a man with a 3D printer and the knowhow to use it.
