Our G Scale Society Group (Mid Wales & Marches) is selling its original club layout to make way for a new layout. The layout has been built on 10 x internal doors and consists of 2 x independent loops of 45mm Gauge Peco track each with a siding. The outer loop also has 2 x extra areas for train prep and steaming up etc. Each board is connected using hinges with the pins removed so the pins can be used to connect the adjoining boards together.
The layout has been used since our club was formed at Castle Caerinion, just outside Welshpool, some years ago and has served us well. Although still used every month the layout needs a bit of TLC, but still has many years of use left.....or the track and points may be of use. The overall size of the layout is approx 26' x 10.5'. If required, the layout also comes with all the trestles that the layout sits on.
The layout can be seen running at our monthly train meetings (second Saturday of every month). Buyer to collect.
For more information and location of our club please let me know and I will help in anyway I can.
Take care all
Kev
