thank you rob for letting me come and see your railway . we had a chat about your switchers so I thought I would send you some pictures of the one I have done ,it was solely built to celebrate the queens 60th jubilee .

Sorry i should have said it was made from a Aristo teddy bear engine which never run well in the garden the grandkids love it now since the kit bash.

Graham thanks for coming over - had a very pleasant couple of hours and as mike says it's good to chin wag with trains running.

Its not really a garden railway yet more a little shunting yard - but if we get some decent weather it will grow.

Looking forward to returning the visit when i have sourced a replacement motor.

Would be interested in any other detail pic's you might have, as it's a dam shame 2 of the switchers i have just won't run for more than 5mins now with out needing the wheels cleaned.

I keep my loco running with a small brass brush like the ones you find in a pound shop it is more gentlel on the wheels . use about once a month. you are always welcome for tea biscuits and sympathy and bring your lovely wife . cricky rob I wish I had a shunting yard that big
