Despite what the Ebay item says (the inclusion of "G SCALE" in the description), this is rail for Tenmille's GAUGE ONE track system. The mention of 5.3mm high rail matches their "Gauge 1 track system using code 215 flat bottom rail". [Gauge 1 Track Accessories]

It may be suitable for your needs (the risk is LGB flanges bouncing along the chairs), but it certainly isn't the rail that "can be joined to LGB using Tenmille rail joiner adaptor GS011". That would be Tenmille's GS008/GS013 code 332 rail (or GS003/GS012 track). [G sacle Track]

Tenmille are just up the road from where I work.

As mentioned, they make a Code 332 track, but the foot of the rail is narrower than LGB/PIKO/ART.

Another way of joining the two types is to file the larger rail to match that of the Tenmille, and either use their joiners or rail clamps....

It's certainly a minefield isn't it... A set standard would be really helpful, but I guess the mirriad of scales associated with 45mm gauge would make this difficult.
I'm sticking with LGB, Piko and similar 332 rail.

Over the years I have come across varying types of track with ‘pop-in’ rail chairs. They do have an issue with not being entirely secure and popping out when in stress such as on curves or gradients. If you get them probably worthwhile to only use in Sidings. Join up sections could be made up with short sections of each type of rail Silver Soldered together at the ends if you have the tech to do this, normal soft soldering tends to be unreliable in such a situation.
