I found these LTH3MM12VFR4400 manufactured by VCC at Mouser while looking for bulb replacements. They have the standard 3mm through hole LED format and a larger, 5mm version is also available. Unfortunately they only come setup for 12VDC and are not suitable for what I needed at the moment but still look to be very useful as an incandescent bulb replacement for other lighting options.
