This question came up before but I did not see and can't find ultimate response. I've got two loks, one with an XLS Onboard decoder the other with an XLS decoder that both slow down when the whistle or any other sound function is triggered. Not only do they physically slow but the running sounds also react as if the throttle was slowed. I assume it's got to be a simple CV problem. Any help would be appreciated!
