A freelance fakultiv car based on LGB parts. I started with a LGB circus boxcar and a few leftover pieces. Windows are from the cab of a LGB Porter. A door was made in the balcony end for access. The 4000 series underframe was extended as well as the roof moulding. Interior has basic longitudinal bench seating, plus storage for goods. Side doors were fabricated from sheet styrene.

I just wanted something different to run with my coaches and rolling stock.

Another freelance car made from a LGB Hamburg Harbour anniversary boxcar. The body was removed and an underframe from a 4000 series freight car fitted. The roof was shortened to fit (no roof overhang for end platform required). Intended to be a freelance baggage car.

Really like them Tim. I've got a bit of a thing about passenger stock vans, so these are just my cup of tea.:clap:

Very nice work. I do like simple conversions like this that really stand out from the normally available rolling stock.

Another few repaints based on the yellow LGB #3060B Berlin 750th anniversary coach. Another car is in process of painting.
