can someone tell me what sort of signal is this please not seen one blue before ?

I think the colour is off, and it is actually green??

Having had a 'Google'.. I find 'In Russian practice, blue and lunar-white lights are used, and exist as high as well as low signals. One lunar-white light permits shunting movements, ...'

oh thanks for that never seen blue light on a railway before

Blue/Purple has been used for yonks as a Points Indicator light.
